Classification

Conditions are mapped to ICD-10 codes so terminology, symptoms, and treatment pathways stay consistent with how clinicians actually classify disease.
Update cadence
Re-reviewed on a schedule.
Reviewed pages carry a review date and are revisited when guidelines change — high-traffic and high-severity conditions are prioritized for re-review.
